David Roberts is a painter in Victoria, Canada.

After drama school in the UK and university degrees in religious studies and journalism, David made a living as a newspaper writer. But the lure of the painters’ pallet and brush always appealed.

Today, working mostly with watercolor and acrylic paints, David’s style is eclectic, sometimes fanciful, atmospheric and impressionistic. David has produced thousands of works in the past 20 years: commercial illustrations and book jackets, group art exhibitions across Canada and art sales to collectors in Canada and the United States, Europe and South America.
